JAMES TUMULTY

Me_HurricaneMtn_largeI am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Ecology Evolution and Behavior at the University of Minnesota, working with Mark Bee.

I use an integrative and comparative approach to understand the evolution and function of social and communication behaviors. I study frogs because they are easy to experiment with in the field and they have an under-appreciated diversity of reproductive and social behaviors that make them ideal for comparative research.

I may also study frogs for other reasons.
